So it is written- My greatest joy will be my token to play For it is your turn to join the masquerade Which masks will you choose? And which will choose you? The Mother? The Lover? The Savior on Crusade? It will ask for your courage, your tongue, and your womb Give it your brilliance, but never your bloom Your fire, your rage 'Til the monsters come- Then set it aflame So it is written- The beginning of our end I must release you, my love For the future is female And I am the mother of a caged dove

- Absolutely beautiful thought that first moment your many masks dropped was the moment your child saw you for the first time. I will carry this idea with me.
- Love this. I kept coming back to the yellow tapestry that shows up multiple times in this piece. I saw it as the golden thread that binds us to one another- forming what we have come to know as humanity. The collective. This brought that back for me.
