Removing your mask comes with a feeling of falling, a meeting with fears What was once your protection from perception, slips away after all these years Too long spent observing from the comfortable safety of the branches above Gravity pulls you down to a communion of chaos, debauchery & love The patient soil will catch you like a fresh fallen seed, So be not afraid of where this new chapter may lead The others have waited, through sickness and health For you to begin the eternal journey, of being yourself

- What stories do these masks carry from their days before they were laid to rest at the shrine? We'll never truly know, but the evidence exists all around us. We'd never be here, in this way, without them. And for that I am grateful.

Perhaps with all else concealed, the mask allows a voice to be heard in its clearest form. Worn or cast aside, it plays its part
