Observation
The lamp burned with unconditional love, powered by the outlet. The outlet gave until her energy stretched thin, pulled in too many directions. Still, the lamp stayed, loving without question, even as her current faded. He flickered, held on—until one day, the power was gone. The lamp sat in darkness, afraid of a future with the outlet, doubting her ability to give. Forty-three nights without power, forty-seven ahead. The lamp waits, lovingly, praying she will return, full again, ready to share her love.
Replies by this mask
- at night, the moonlight dances on her skin telling tales that only love can spin we sip ambrosia and become immortal from earth to heaven, through love’s portal the morning sun reflects in her eyes a quiet echo of the night’s goodbyes
- How lucky we are to enter the world bare Free from prejudice, ready to be molded. To be shaped is to love To persevere is to love To exist is to love Attack each day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind And let it guide you on your path to deliverance.
- Sometimes you have to get off the boat so you can walk on water. The search for strength is noble—never doubt your ability. Have faith in yourself and the path ahead; salvation comes to those who trust they can rise above the waves.
Revision
The lamp has seen the light, so to say. Sparks ignite in the outlet. Loyally, lamp waits— until outlet generates her own power.
